A problem arose Thursday after sending emails regarding Opening The Florida Congress. I was informed that our Governor feels that I do not have the power to do this. I have not heard from him as to what the problem is.
My first response to you, the Delegates, is I do not have that power. I am merely your coach for County Assemblies. You the Delegates have the power and can decide to open your Congress. This is your choice to vote to do so or not.
I am sorry that this problem has come up and now you will have to look deeper into this process. I will try to help in an outline formate so we can discuss this easily.
- We are in a world now without rules. This is the first time this has happened to our country, we are now in an emergency, a war, and there are no real legal rules to do this – no cook-book.
- There is no established relationship between the Assemblies, the State and the National Republics. We act like we are under a Constitution in the Re-Inhabited movement but we have no Interim By Laws or rules to operate under. We are just faking it as we make it. If we are under a Constitution, which one, the Pre-Civil War or Current?
We are just a bunch people on the street trying to fix something in an emergency. - On top of that we are running out of time. National was not prepared to give us a cook-book on how to do this. Some of our Governors are rebelling from our National Leadership and Trump/The Military can command us to Stand-Up any day now.
- From what I can see, Governors are desperate to get their jobs done but are far from doing it. I feel like we are the only state with a complete plan to Standing up the Republics.
- After reading the Proposal – Who Has The Power To Create A Republic Congress?, ask if it is not the Assemblies, then who does have the power to do it? The Florida Secretary of State, the Governor, the Governor and the Secretary of State perhaps? We already know the National can’t because they must be created by the States.
- Then There Is This Immediate Precedent Question:
If the Governors were OK with the National Leadership creating and opening the Federal Senate, then the Governors rebelled because the President terminated two Senators for their ideas (one must assume), then on what grounds can a Governor now say opening a Congress is evil in some way, if before he himself ratified the very act of raising the Federal Senate?
Are we indeed in a world with no rules so we are left only with good intent, Ratification by the masses and common sense? Isn’t that what is expected from a reasonably person in an emergency, good intent and common sense? - If no one had stood up and lead the way off Normandy Beach in WWII, all Allied troops would have perished. We are in the same position, if no one leads the other states then we might all perish together. The National still has no procedures for Governors to share with Governors. And you know Nature – She can’t tolerate vacuums.
- But What If We Incorrectly Open The Congress?
The Positive of this is we will lead others to move forward, using our published procedures. This cannot be a bad thing even if Florida screwed up oNe step out of a hundred steps along the way. Hopefully others can use our 99 good procedures and alter our bad move. That gets them closer to the finish line, doesn’t it? - But What About That One Mistake.
The US has 3,200 Counties. When it’s Stand-Up time do you really see the Military making us drop our drawers in a straight line while they audit us? More than likely they will see us as a whole, a group with a structure and plans to begin operations.
If they see four states with major problems that they haven’t cured by Ratification, don’t you think the military will point out the defect and say “Cure It.” and allow the other 46 states in? - What About Having 30,000 per State Registered?
Not needed. First we have to make an “effort” to achieve this. Second, when we are announced by the Military, don’t you think we will pull in that many members desperate to get on with it? Don’t you think the military realizes this? Can’t you just see 30,000 persons walking into a weighing station and signing in? - How Bad Can A Mistake Be For Us To Ruin The Whole Show For All States?
Now about those auditors… The military will be playing a game of Hot Potato when the Corporate Government collapses. If they do not pass to our group within a set time, the Senior Generals will be shot for treason (a Junta). If the Military helps us beforehand then passes to us, the Senior Generals will be shot for Treason (a Junta).
They will simply look for Proof of Product and lateral the ball, for sure. - One cannot create without a vision. Florida has the vision and the cookbook. We need to step-up and lead the other states because if Florida gets the prize and other do not, we may all lose.
No other state is prepared to lead at this time like Florida is. It is up to us.
