The Problem:
Now that we have 50 Delegates going to the House, can we utilize them or train them to benefit the Florida Republic? This would help the Governor in making normal business decisions required by any organization.
Facts & Assumptions:
- Can they be utilized to act as a Board of Directors during our Interim stage before the Republic stands up.
- Can they be trained to act as a body composed of 134 Individuals in the House of Representatives, in the event they actually must serve in that capacity?
- Their training might be just simply understanding Roberts Rules of Order. Or it might be how to formally communicate in writing or speaking to a body of 134 persons.
- Advance training might include studying the current Florida House of Representatives committee structure and how it works.
- Could this training also work for the Senate?
The Plan:
- Create a separate website for both both Reps and Senators to train on.
- Offer classes, practice sessions for those persons and role playing to prepare them.
- Allow them to have mock electronic meetings to make decisions for us today.
- Train them to train their replacements and support them as long as they need it.
