The Problem:
How will Florida send delegates to the Federal House of Representatives and the Senate, during this emergency?
Facts & Assumptions:
- The current Corporate Federal Government has 28 members of the House and 2 Senators from Florida. Source
- In bringing up the Republic, we were told to elect 2 delegates from each county.
- Florida has 67 counties, yielding 134 delegates to what I believed to be the House of Representatives.
If we follow this line of thought, that makes 135 House members, counting the 1 appointed by the Governor. - The Current Florida Corporate Government currently has a State Senate Map for 40 Senators based on current Population See: Senate Map.
The Plan:
- Send 28 Representatives to the Federal House. They can be elected by the Florida House of Representatives from their House.
- Immediately let the Florida couties that elected them replace them.
- Send 2 Senators elected by the Florida Senate from their members to the Federal Senate.
- They can be replaced by the 2 two Florida Senate Districts that they were from.
