The Problem:

How will we send delegates to the Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Senate?

Facts & Assumptions:
  1. The current Corporate Florida Government has 120 members of the House and 40 members of the Senate.

  2. In bringing up the Republic, we were told to elect 2 delegates from each county. Florida has 67 counties, yielding 134 delegates to what I believed to be the House of Representatives. If we follow this line of thought, that makes 135 House members , counting the 1 appointed by the Governor.

  3. The Current Florida Corporate Government currently has a Senate map for 40 Senators based on current Population See: Senate Map

  4. We have been telling Florida members that the Delegates were for the House.

  5. How do we now fill the Senate and at what numbers?

  6. The Counties will be doing work not done for for 150 years, that is controlling the State Government and their now County Government. They can use an increase from 120 House Representatives (1.79 per County) to 134 (2 per County).

The Plan:
  1. Send 2 Representative to the State, per county (134).

  2. At the 120 day Election, elect 134 Representatives, losing the first Interim Representative appointed by the Governor.

  3. Hold a special election in a months as more counties raise assemblies.
Elect 40 Senators using the current Senate map.
This puts 41 Interim senators in the state congress.

  4. At the 120 day Election, elect 40 Senators, losing the first Interim Senator appointed by the Governor.
