Without financial support, how can we immediately begin serving Florida members of assemblies in writing their proposals?
Facts & Assumptions:
- To provide just one laptop to 67 Florida counties would require $25,000. To provide one laptop for the state would cost $400.
- One laptop could be stationed In the home of a volunteer secretary. Members in the state could link remotely into that laptop and use the Voice to translate the proposal into Technical writing.
The Secretary could then polish the Proposal and send it out Email-Merge Software. - Most computers already have software installed to allow long distance links to another computer.
- In “B” above, the member could purchase a $17 handheld Dictaphone tape recorder and draft your proposal over a period of time. When completed, the member can send the audio file into the secretary computer or call in and play the recoding over the phone.
- It is recognized that all members may not choose to participate to the degree of writing Proposals. But for those anxious to become stronger leaders, they will be anxious to begin their new journey.
- This is one Speech to Type software with easy instructions to install on both Windows or Linux base systems. Link
- The software to be accessed by writers are: Voice to Type, AI Research Tools and a special AI Add-On to convert writing into a clear and concise Technical Writing style.
The Plan:
