The Problem:
The current directive is to read a document at the county commissioners’ meeting, after 3 readings of the preamble on the court house steps weekly for 3 weeks in a row, same time and day with minimum of 2 witnesses.
This could take 3 weeks for the weekly readings then waiting 2 to 3 weeks more for a County Commissioner’s meeting to roll around. That totals up to a month and a half to accomplish.
Is it possible to accomplish the same thing in an instant?
Facts & Assumptions:
- Most of the Alternative News Media Big People are in agreement that the collapse will occur before the November election. That leaves us 60 days to make substantial progress in Standing Up the Republics.
- I have a 6 foot 2 Brother-In-Law who was rushing for a college fraternity. He had to walk up and down the sidewalk on a Saturday afternoon in front of the most popular movie theater, eating popcorn from a Cotex box.
I could never order someone to do that. - We have had historians learn how the Constitution came to be in circa 1776. In that time there were no automobiles, computers, U.S. Mail or telegraphs.
- The U.S. Mail is in a legal world of their own with strict legal duty in delivering mail.
- The most secure Mail Service in the U.S. is Registered Mail with Returned Signed Receipt. They control full custody throughout the entire process. It will cost about $20 per letter.
- In this situation, the County Assembly is going from the sea to the land, leaving Maritime Law and going under Common Law, returning to Sovereignty from enslavement by trickery, and now acting under an unalienable Right.
This is an act of informing the corporate government, not asking for permission.
The Plan:
- Send the Notice Document by Registered Mail with Returned Signature of Receipt.
- Send to all County Commissioners, the Chief Judge, the Clerk of Court and the Sheriff. All addresses should be their business address.
Pros & Cons
Costs to Each County: About & $200
Pros: Gets it done immediately so the Assembly can proceed. Will require only one signature.
(either Committee Chairman or Secretary (of the day). Making it more comfortable for the others.
Is not as humiliating as reading it to the birds.
Cons: Someone can still say “That’s not the way we’ve always done it.”
To appease them do it the original slow way too. It’s free.
Action Requested From Each County Or Governor To Recommend:
- Approve or disapprove.
- Cause it to happen.
