The Problem:

I assume we are taking most volunteers to immediately join our skeleton crew. If we assume some are some are expert leaders and some not, we got some training to do.

In the nave I suspect the first two things learned is don’t smoke near flameables or offend the cook. What should our first few skills be?

How can we stop and train them as we man the firehoses?

Folks, we got some splainig to do.

Facts & Assumptions:
  1. Our best bet Is to offer a website Classroom that newbys can use at their own pace and needs; old timers can skip and Newbys can focus. But after amonth we can assume all leader are up to par.

  2. Two years ago I wrote a similar free website in anticipation of having to train many young persons to learn the skills of an MBA to bring up local business quickly agter the economic collapse. It can be cloned repiurposed.

  3. In my business career in doing business turn-arounds for businesses in trouble, two companys had me train their offspring to take over the business. I saved some of the work products from the sceond schoolin I gave.

  4. I will begin the necessary skills with:

    • A short-cut PHD in Project Management.

    • A short cut PHD in instantly SEEING what a person’s personality is so you know how to deal with them and utelize them in the right positions.

    • A (recapped) 400 hour seminar in protecting yourself from slander, defimation or libel.

    • In a fast growth and change operation like we are currently creating, all need access to an ever changing (living) Organizational Chart with contact info.
