For this website, the term "Stand-Up" means when the Re-Inhabited Republics are formally announced to exist and prepared to take its place in the political world of the United States.

The Stand-up will happen when it is apparent that the De Facto Corporate governments are dying and no longer have power to be considered a threat to a Civil War.
