During Member Intake, identify the Cholerics
As new members come in, use what you learned from the seminar to spot the Cholerics — they are your natural leaders and drivers.
Contact them and volunteer them for an Immediate Focus Group
Reach out directly. Tell them there is a focus group forming and ask if they want in.
Appoint the first one in as the leader
Whoever joins first gets appointed leader of that focus group. Tell all of them they are free to bring in Ringers.
Tell them it will be impossible to reach the goal in one week
This is deliberate. Cholerics are motivated by challenge. Telling them it can't be done in a week is the spark.
Get out of their way
Your job is done. Let them run with it.
